Your miniature can only be delivered to you once the process of proofing is done. Proofing is a process of sculpting a miniature perfectly as per the need of the client. It can be time-consuming as it requires step by step confirmation from the customer. 

Once the order is well sculpted, the time taken by the order to reach you depends on the mode of delivery you choose at the time of check out. This process can take around 3 to 7 days based on where you want the order to be delivered. 

It takes around 24 hours to generate a tracking ID of the placed order, after which it can be tracked. 

These miniatures are made of high-quality polymer clay. This clay is non-toxic in nature and is easily transformable which makes your bobblehead look quite real and alive looking. 

No, it is difficult to make a miniature with a selfie image reference. It is important to have a full image sent to us from head to toe in order to make the miniature look perfect. 

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as each of them is custom made and highly personalized.  Each product takes an extraordinary amount of time by skilled craftsmen’s, and therefore all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

Our team ensures that each miniature sent to you is carefully packed which reduces the rate of breakage. However, a broken miniature should be reported right away within 48 hours of getting the order delivered attached with the pictures of a miniature. 

YES, any changes have to be done within 24 hours from the placement of order time. No changes will be done after 24hrs as once the moulding of the clay has started no changes can be made to it. And a mail has to be sent regarding the changes as proof. 

You can choose the skin colour, hair and eye of your bobblehead in order to make them look exactly like the person that you are trying to replicate. Apart from that, we allow you to give us a list of accessories that you want us to add and should be mentioned separately with the order.

Whatever changes or add-ons needed has to be mentioned during the placement of the order. 

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and comes with no extra cost. Revisions are done by our artists until you are satisfied with the final product of our bobblehead.

You should receive your first face proof via an email within 2-3 days. Please reply to the result within 24 hours after receiving the proof, or we will default you have approved. As approvals are received, we turn it into the next step, we cannot move backwards.

The weight of a bobblehead depends on the kind of miniature placed by the customer. A single miniature may weigh far less than the double miniature. The overall weight of the miniature is also affected by the additional accessories that you add in your final piece. 

The net weight of a single bobblehead is about 500g (approx. 17.5 oz.), the packaged weight of a single bobblehead is about 700g (approx. 24.5 oz.).

Our sculptors will create your figurine with a very high degree of resemblance. An exact replication of the person’s features is not always possible, because photos sometimes fail to capture the true nature of someone’s face.

Sending two high-quality pictures usually suffices and is enough to get your bobblehead sculpted in an exact way. Sculpting a human is an art and it is therefore very important to have pictures that are high in quality in order to cover all the intricate details.
